Customer Success Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Success Assistant to be the primary point of contact for our clients and homeowners. You will ensure smooth communication, coordinate property‑related services, and provide calm, efficient support during after‑hours situations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients and homeowners, handling updates, maintenance schedules, and satisfaction follow‑ups in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with construction companies to arrange housing, check‑ins, extensions, and related logistics.
• Provide after‑hours and weekend support, resolving urgent issues such as lockouts, maintenance problems, and cleaning concerns.
• Oversee monthly cleaning operations, verify completion with photos and reports, and maintain documentation in Google Drive.
• Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana, ensuring all project information is up‑to‑date.
• Collect post‑stay feedback, manage surveys, and request Google reviews to drive client retention.

Required profile

• Calm under pressure and able to handle frustrated clients professionally.
• Patient, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience using Asana for task management.
• Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar communication platforms.
