Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join its travel support team on a part‑time basis. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their luxury travel journey, from initial booking to post‑trip follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details, confirm itineraries and maintain up‑to‑date records in the booking system.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Address client concerns with empathy and solution‑oriented thinking.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or a related service industry.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new booking platforms.
• Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences.
