Customer Service Representative (On‑Site, Heredia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Heredia. You will provide high‑quality, accurate resolutions to customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and offer solutions through the designated communication channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of customer requests using internal tools.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets for service quality, productivity and accuracy.
• Follow up on issues until they are fully resolved, including requests, payments, transactions and data changes.
• Communicate with coaches, teammates and other departments about trends, problems and solutions.
• Keep equipment and tools in excellent condition and protect confidential account information.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English (minimum 85% proficiency).
• Ability to work on‑site at our Heredia building.
• High school diploma.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Basic mathematical and data‑entry skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation and adaptability abilities.
• Team‑oriented with good stress tolerance.
