Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join the Americas Shared Services Center in Costa Rica, delivering order processing, returns, quotations and sales support to customers across the Americas. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for strategic customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries for standard and non‑standard orders, quotes, and post‑sales support.
• Process customer orders and quotations using Oracle Order Entry, Salesforce, Outlook and other internal tools.
• Provide timely follow‑up with customers to complete transactions and resolve issues.
• Support sales opportunity management and assist the sales team throughout the buying cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer data records and ensure data integrity before routing calls to technical sales and support.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent technical training.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a shared services or call‑center environment.
• Availability for a full‑time 8‑hour shift between 6 am and 7 pm CST, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime.
