Outbound Email Prospecting Representative (LATAM)

About the role

Purify Digital is launching in Costa Rica and building a brand‑new local team. This is an exciting opportunity to join Purify at the start of our Costa Rica journey and help shape our growing operation. We are looking for an Outbound Email Prospecting Representative to drive new business across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target companies and ideal customer profiles from scratch and generate qualified meetings without relying on inbound leads.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in Programmatic and Standard Display advertising.
• Proactively prospect and network to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product delivery and client management.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of proven B2B outbound sales or business development experience focused on cold prospecting.
• Hands‑on experience with email‑based prospecting and outbound lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the online advertising industry, especially Programmatic and Standard Display, is an advantage.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
