Customer Service Representative

About the role

DHL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. You will interact directly with customers, providing information on package status, answering inquiries, and handling complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Listen to and respond to customer concerns via phone or email.
• Provide clear information about DHL products and services.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Manage work email and schedule with flexibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – at least 80% competency.
• Basic English proficiency (approximately 80% level).
• 0‑2 years of experience in a customer service role.
