About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide friendly, efficient support to our customers via phone and video chat. You will help users understand product features, guide them through setup, and ensure a smooth post‑purchase experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and video chats, explaining product features and services.
- Guide customers through product installation and usage after purchase.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating to other teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
