Customer Service Operator (English-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Operator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues and processing requests while maintaining the highest standards of data security and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Follow security processes and procedures at all times when handling personal data.
• Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, validating data and exceeding customer expectations using EWS applications such as G‑Suite.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously learn new products, services and processes, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Achieve and surpass established performance targets and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a detail‑oriented, customer‑facing role (e.g., mortgage, tax preparation, insurance claims, or general customer service).
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks and navigate multiple system tools.
• Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity and a client‑satisfaction mindset.
• Commitment to regular attendance and adherence to security requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Experience using email and common desktop software.
• Data entry (key‑boarding) skills.
