Key responsibilities

• Manage written and verbal communication across phone, chat, and email to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with a highly efficient team to deliver top‑tier customer support.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors accurately and efficiently.
• Share insights and participate in team projects to continuously improve the Customer Support department.

Required profile

• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service role.
