About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent, providing high‑quality support to customers in a fast‑paced environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for each client.
Required profile
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- High school diploma
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with various software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
- Problem‑solving ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Team‑oriented mindset to collaborate with colleagues
