About the role

We’re looking for our new Sports Advisors! Are you passionate about sports and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences? Join our team supporting a world‑renowned sports retail brand located in Pavas, San José.

In this role you will be the connection between the brand and its customers, helping resolve questions, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will assist with purchases, deliveries, account‑related concerns, and product recommendations, delivering personalized support at every step.

Required profile

• Customer‑Centric Approach: Passionate about creating positive experiences through attentive service, active listening, and meaningful customer interactions.
• Solution‑Oriented Thinker: Skilled at identifying customer needs, providing tailored guidance, and confidently recommending products or services that add value.
• Strong Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across written and verbal channels.
• Digital Agility: Comfortable navigating multiple applications simultaneously, learning new tools quickly, and maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient & Adaptable: Able to embrace change, manage shifting priorities, and remain composed while handling a variety of customer situations.
