Associate – Operations

About the role

WNS Global Services is seeking an Associate – Operations to serve as the single point of entry for all customer cases related to credit, underwriting, launch, invoicing, and cash application activities. The role involves providing comprehensive customer service support across multiple business processes while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and route all incoming requests via email and phone according to the Procedures Manual.
• Support credit and underwriting activities, including providing credit line amounts, handling increase requests, and status updates.
• Assist with launch activities such as onboarding, validation calls, special projects, and card issuance.
• Manage invoice activities, including authorizations, billing management, and processing.
• Handle customer service tasks for disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements, and portal activities.
• Provide cash application and accounts receivable support, guiding end‑users on payment application and conducting research.
• Address system governance issues, including system notices, spam, and other technical problems.
• Escalate issues according to established escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum of one (1) year of contact‑center and customer relationship management experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
