Customer Care Representative – Sports Account

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sports Advisors to join our customer care team for a world‑renowned sports retail brand in Pavas, San José. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, purchases, deliveries, account issues and product recommendations while delivering a consistently positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate information on products, services and order status.
• Assist customers with purchases, deliveries, account‑related concerns and personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering attentive service.
• Solution‑oriented thinker able to identify needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and ability to engage professionally.
• Digital agility – comfortable navigating several applications simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities and varied customer situations.
