Customer Care Representative – Sports Account

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sports Advisors to join our customer care team for a world‑renowned sports retail brand in Pavas, San José. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, purchases, deliveries, account issues and product recommendations while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email or chat, providing clear guidance on products, services and order status.
• Assist customers with purchases, deliveries, returns and account‑related concerns, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and promote relevant promotions.
• Maintain accurate records in multiple applications and follow up on open cases to resolution.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering attentive service and building rapport.
• Solution‑oriented thinker who can quickly identify needs and suggest appropriate options.
• Strong communication abilities, fluent in English at B2 level or higher.
• Digital agility – comfortable navigating several software tools simultaneously and learning new systems fast.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
