About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sports Advisors to join a world‑renowned sports retail brand in Pavas, San José. In this position you will act as the primary link between the brand and its customers, delivering personalized support throughout the purchase journey and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about purchases, deliveries, account issues, and product recommendations.
• Provide clear guidance on products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records while navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that add value.
• Uphold a high standard of service to foster brand loyalty.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both written and verbal.
