About the role

The Creative Strategist leads paid social creative strategy for multiple B2B clients, turning data insights into high‑performing ad concepts that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid social creative strategy for 8‑10 clients, using data, consumer and brand research to design assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, maintain client communications, and act as the creative point of contact.
• Audit accounts, present winning ads, and develop monthly test roadmaps.
• Write consumer‑centric copy and scripts, manage production requests via Asana, and provide feedback to editors.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a passion for maximizing client success through creative strategy.
• Experienced in presenting creative performance reporting and iterating based on insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can troubleshoot underperforming creative with a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Ability to pull and analyze creative performance data to inform roadmaps.
• Experience using Asana for production workflow management.
