About the role

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial advisors. They are seeking a highly organized Creative Operations Coordinator to manage video projects, ensure quality, and keep creative workflows efficient.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion.
Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
Perform quality assurance on completed videos, checking pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.

Required profile

Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Strong project coordination and time‑management skills.
Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
