Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. The role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of travel regulations, passport and visa laws, and tariffs for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often working with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and update travel processes, propose improvements and take ownership of the area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa and passport requirements.
• Ability to prepare cost projections and manage expense reports.
• Process analysis and improvement capabilities.
