Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring seamless experiences across diverse cultures, time zones and regulations while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate international travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for multiple destinations and lead visa strategy execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, relocation firms and government officials to organize flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international travel regulations, passport and visa requirements.
• Ability to prepare cost projections and manage expense reports.
• Process analysis and improvement capabilities.
