Corporate Travel Agent

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Travel Agent to support its corporate travelers by handling routine travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with company travel policies. The role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in travel systems, preferred suppliers, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute medium‑complex travel sourcing requests and support local implementation of regional or global sourcing decisions.
• Book domestic air, hotel, and car reservations using approved tools such as Concur and GDS platforms.
• Verify that all bookings comply with Cargill’s travel policy and document them accurately.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to travelers and travel arrangers.
• Follow standard operating procedures, maintain required records, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Exposure to travel booking tools or customer‑service environments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Concur).
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo.
