Supply Execution Manager

About the role

The Supply Execution Manager will own supply plan execution across a 0‑12 month horizon, ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time, place and cost. The role supports both Costa Rica and Argentina markets and works closely with planning, logistics and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supply plans, manage exceptions, and drive mitigations for capacity, QA releases, logistics and parameter issues.
• Maintain inventory targets for lifecycle events, prioritize via product/customer segmentation, and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Own market‑level planning parameters and transactional data, ensuring data quality for flawless execution.
• Provide clear status, outlooks and action plans to stakeholders and represent supply execution in cross‑functional forums.
• Continuously improve processes by reducing manual steps, cycle time and improving data quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, economics or related field, or a bachelor’s degree with substantial experience.
• At least 3 years of operational experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, GMP/GXP requirements and product lifecycle events.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with supply chain planning software (OMP, APO).
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytical and data‑driven decision making.
