Copy Specialist – Junior Marketing Content Writer

About the role

The Copy Specialist is a junior‑level position focused on creating, adapting and polishing marketing copy across a variety of channels, including digital, email, web, social media, presentations and print. Working closely with designers, project managers and senior creatives, the specialist ensures every piece of content follows the brand’s voice, messaging framework and compliance standards while leveraging approved AI tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Write, adapt and refine copy for digital, email, web, social, presentation and print deliverables.
• Develop headlines, sub‑heads, calls‑to‑action, product and campaign copy variations within established messaging guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone and consistency.
• Format copy for different channels and audiences while preserving brand voice.
• Use approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) for first‑pass ideation, headline options and copy variations, maintaining a human‑in‑the‑loop review process.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and senior creatives using Adobe Workfront and related workflow tools.
• Maintain copy resources, style guides and content libraries, and support localization efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Writing, English, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional copywriting or content development experience.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI writing assistants such as ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project‑management and collaboration platforms.
