Coordinator Facility Services

About the role

The Facilities, EHS & Site Security Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the Costa Rica office by coordinating facilities services, workplace initiatives, health and safety programs, and local security activities. This role works closely with employees, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operations, maintenance activities, and workplace services.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and support budget tracking (OPEX).
• Oversee office moves, space planning, and workplace improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, local regulations, and support risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, safety communications, and promote employee wellbeing and sustainability initiatives.
• Support local site security processes, vendor coordination, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Assist with business continuity and crisis preparedness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in facilities management, EHS, workplace services, or office administration.
• Knowledge of workplace operations, vendor management, health and safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
