Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist – Remote LATAM

About the role

ENG is looking for a Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist to join real U.S.-based construction projects. This full‑time, remote position focuses on LOD 400 mechanical piping modeling, BIM coordination and construction‑level detailing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate LOD 400 mechanical piping models using Revit.
• Create and manage spool and hanger layout drawings, shop drawings and fabrication workflows.
• Perform clash detection and BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Review construction drawings and project documentation to ensure model accuracy.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree or related background.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical BIM experience, specifically with piping.
• Immediate or near‑immediate availability and own workstation.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Strong Revit and Navisworks proficiency.
• Experience with LOD 400 construction modeling, spool drawings and hanger layouts.
• BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with ACC, BIM 360, shop drawings and plumbing systems.
