Cook C – Luxury Resort Kitchen

About the role

The Cook C will join the culinary brigade at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, supporting the preparation and service of high‑quality dishes for our luxury guests. This onsite role combines hands‑on cooking with strict sanitation and food‑handling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the active preparation of menu items during service.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation, receive deliveries, store, and organize food items.
• Perform cleaning, food preparation, and production tasks in line with hotel standards.
• Support the brigade in ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar cooking role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is desirable.
• Strong understanding of hotel quality and service standards.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• High level of integrity, ethical decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
