Contract Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples for a variety of agreement types. The role supports an AI‑training initiative by delivering well‑structured documents that reflect current legal standards and commercial best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all documents align with up‑to‑date legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit polished, well‑structured documents to contribute to the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real‑world scenarios and work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
