Content Review Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Content Review Operations Coordinator ensures that promotional and medical content moves efficiently, compliantly, and transparently through the review cycle at Genentech. This role supports timely approvals, audit readiness, and alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content review operation plans, allocating resources to optimise review processes.
• Lead Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review cycles, ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage material flow: validate submissions, prepare agendas, facilitate review meetings, follow‑up on decisions and resolve issues.
• Validate and steward content metadata and business rules to support modular content standards.
• Identify and mitigate process gaps, risks and compliance issues; maintain audit trails and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support for evolving content systems, processes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years partnering with diverse stakeholders and 3 years in content/digital asset management, marketing operations, content review, compliance or governance.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma or biotech.
• Strong understanding of marketing and medical content lifecycles and regulatory compliance.
