Content Marketing Manager (Remote in Costa Rica)

About the role

Cynet Health, a healthcare workforce solutions company, is hiring a senior Content Marketing Manager to work remotely from Costa Rica. The role covers content creation and management across four brands (travel nursing, locum physicians, enterprise/government technology and Canadian healthcare), including social media, website content, landing pages and company news. It is a full-time 1099 independent contract position with 4-8 paid US trips per year.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content across four brands, including social posts, website content, landing pages and company news
• Research content from verified sources and cite reports by name
• Own the LinkedIn calendars and run social media as an editor, not a scheduler
• Sourcing quality content from outside the company and verifying it to its original source
• Engage with industry conversations, comment, react and tag, and manage LinkedIn newsletters
• Respond once a week to public reviews following written privacy guidelines
• Run the company's presence at US conferences and tradeshows, with travel costs covered

Required profile

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or holder of a current valid U.S. visa maintained by themselves; U.S. travel is a written condition of the contract
• Native-level conversational English writing
• 3+ years in content marketing or editorial roles; a portfolio of self-created work is strongly preferred
• Track record of judgment, especially around privacy and accuracy
• Own laptop and reliable home internet capable of video calls
