Content Marketing Manager – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Cynet Health, an award‑winning US healthcare staffing group, is looking for a senior Content Marketing Manager to work remotely from Costa Rica. You will own content across four distinct brands, shape their voice, and travel to US conferences to support sales and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end content creation and management for travel nursing, locum physicians, enterprise technology, and Canadian healthcare brands.
• Run LinkedIn editorial calendars, craft posts with clear points of view, and engage in industry conversations.
• Research and verify data, stories, and sources before publishing.
• Source and curate external content that resonates with clinicians and professionals.
• Respond to public reviews following strict privacy guidelines.
• Travel 4‑8 times per year to US conferences, with all costs covered.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid U.S. visa (no sponsorship provided).
• Native‑level conversational English writing.
• 5+ years in content marketing or editorial roles with a portfolio of self‑created work.
• Strong judgment around privacy, compliance, and brand reputation.
• Own reliable laptop and high‑speed internet for a contract engagement.
