Consumer Product Manager

About the role

You will act as an extension of each brand’s retail team, using our AI‑driven platform to help CPG brands improve planogram compliance, category management and merchandising execution. You will own a portfolio of brand customers, ensuring they receive measurable value each month.

Key responsibilities

• Retain at least 90% of customers, grow Annual Contract Value and secure renewals with improved terms.
• Deliver monthly value through category analyses, merchandising coordination, or visibility reports.
• Listen to customer KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations.
• Onboard new customers within one week, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive authentic upsells.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product and Tech teams to feed back insights for platform improvement.
• Document wins and build case studies with customer permission.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, retail, merchandising, or CPG‑related roles.
• Strong ownership mindset focused on customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast‑moving environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including large datasets, formulas, pivots and performance analysis.
