About the role

As a Senior Organization Transformation Consultant at Deloitte, you will work with highly committed professionals to design high‑impact solutions that align with technology and transformation projects. You will help shape change management, organizational structure, training programs, management models, process redesign, culture, and leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions for change management, organizational alignment, and process redesign.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Connect project outcomes with broader client solutions and provide visibility on opportunities, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate in a multicultural, dynamic environment to exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology and Business Administration.
• 3‑6 years of experience in HR processes, organizational design, change management, culture, M&A, or recruitment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of R, VBA, or MATLAB is a plus.
