Concierge – Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Silvestre, a boutique‑style luxury resort in Playa Guiones, Nosara, is seeking a Concierge to craft unforgettable guest experiences. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager or Operations Manager, you will work primarily at the front desk and in private consultation spaces, ensuring every stay feels tailor‑made.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from inquiry through post‑departure follow‑up.
• Design and coordinate bespoke itineraries, including surf lessons, dining reservations, wellness activities, and special events.
• Collaborate with local providers to secure premium services such as private surf coaching, whale‑watching charters, and sunset dinners.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and ensure seamless communication across all resort departments.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and any on‑site guest requests with urgency and elegance.

Required profile

• Fluent, advanced English – both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of Nosara and passion for sharing local experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to build personal connections.
• Ability to work six days a week, eight hours per day, with flexible scheduling based on guest needs.
