Concierge

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Concierge to brighten guests' days and deliver memorable stays. The role covers guest requests and services, from arranging dining and transport to handling VIP guests and personal needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests and concerns
• Provide information and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours and local attractions
• Arrange medical care, childcare, floral delivery and other personalised guest needs
• Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages and faxes
• Facilitate registration and elevated service for VIP guests
• Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programmes

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; studies in hospitality, tourism or related fields are a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, travel agencies or guest relations
• Strong spoken and written English, preferably at an advanced level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service
• Core values: integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a focus on the now

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems and reservation platforms
