Commercial Leasing & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

A client of South is looking for a mid-level Commercial Property Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support leasing activity across a commercial real estate portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of commercial leasing, tenant and prospect communication, sales and property marketing, and reports to the Director of Property Management. It is a part-time position open to candidates residing in Latin America, with applications submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lease renewal pipeline and communicate with tenants as leases approach expiration
• Track renewals, move-outs, vacancies and leasing opportunities, and respond to prospective tenant inquiries
• Schedule property tours and coordinate with property management and other team members
• Support the process from prospect inquiry through application and lease execution, including collecting tenant documentation and tracking screening
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, listings and digital content, and coordinate them with property management and construction teams
• Conduct basic market rent research and comparable property analysis
• Manage listings on commercial real estate platforms and support social media activity on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Maintain leasing records and follow-ups in Rent Manager and prepare weekly reports on the leasing funnel and vacancies
• Identify ways to improve workflows through technology and automation, and support the adoption of new tools
• Generate lease documentation from templates, coordinate execution through DocuSign and keep records of executed documents

Required profile

• Mid-level experience in commercial real estate leasing, property leasing, property marketing or a closely related role
• Experience communicating with tenants, prospects, brokers and other real estate stakeholders
• Experience managing a leasing or sales pipeline and creating or coordinating marketing materials
• Excellent written and spoken English, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Nice to have: experience with Rent Manager, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Canva, digital advertising, lease administration and document management
