Commercial Executive – New Graduate

About the role

Marsh is looking for a motivated new graduate to join its Commercial Team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will receive a blend of theoretical training, on‑the‑job coaching and mentorship while contributing to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Open new markets, expand commercial presence and build a strong client portfolio.
• Manage placements and negotiations with both markets and commercial segments.
• Prepare deliverables for business segments and draft proposal components.
• Develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations to win new business.

Required profile

• New graduate or bachelor’s degree (max 4 years since graduation) in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related fields.
• Internship or up to 4 years of experience, preferably in finance.
• High level of communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
