Commercial Executive – Graduate (San Jose, Costa Rica)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a recent graduate to join its Commercial Team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role offers a blend of formal training, mentorship and on‑the‑job experience, preparing you to become a key point of contact for clients and to drive new business for the world’s largest insurance broker.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new market opportunities, expanding Marsh’s commercial presence.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive relationship management.
• Manage placements and negotiations with both markets and commercial segments.
• Prepare business deliverables, draft proposals and support improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Administration or related) obtained within the last four years.
• Up to four years of internship or work experience, preferably in finance.
• High level of communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
