Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join Green Team Oil’s remote team. In this role you will help drive sustainable energy production by connecting restaurants with our biodiesel mission, turning used cooking oil into recycled fuel.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound cold calls to restaurant prospects to build a consistent discovery pipeline.
• Manage callback workflows and task management in Close CRM with precise data accuracy.
• Qualify prospects efficiently to schedule a baseline of 2 and a target of 4‑5 appointments per day.
• Overcome gatekeeper objections to reach and engage restaurant owners and operators.
• Follow designated scripts while remaining coachable and adapting to QA feedback.
• Maintain a structured, high‑volume daily call volume during the initial one‑month pilot.
• Meet weekly meeting quotas and independent workflow targets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or cold‑calling.
• Proven ability to conduct high‑volume outbound calls.
• Strong data accuracy and CRM management skills.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly appointment targets.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,280 USD per month.
• $50 commission per appointment that shows, with potential earnings up to $4,000 USD per month.
