Clinical Data Specialist – Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Clinical Data Specialist – Coordinator to support the integrity, quality, and timely delivery of clinical trial data from external sources. The role contributes directly to global studies that aim to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support acquisition, review, and integration of external clinical trial data throughout the study lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Perform data quality checks and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Contribute to study deliverables under guidance of experienced data leads.
• Participate in study‑related meetings and task coordination, prioritising tasks and managing timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 1+ year of experience in clinical research or drug development.
• Basic understanding of clinical trials, ICH‑GCP, and data quality principles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with clinical data standards such as CDISC, SDTM, ADaM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
