Client Service Consultant

About the role

The Client Service Consultant acts as the strategic anchor for our operations, ensuring contract compliance and high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with sales, product, and fulfillment teams to manage complex inquiries and oversee projects on two platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project and contract administration, reviewing and approving archives, prescreens, and account reviews for MarketReveal and Casper projects.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders on pricing, reporting, and research.
• Validate contracts, compliance items, and mail pieces to meet strict standards.
• Apply contract expertise to complex rule sets while managing a high‑volume workload under pressure.
• Maintain quality assurance by meeting tight deadlines and adhering to established standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or client services.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and ensure compliance under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (B2+), with excellent grammar.
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on‑call during critical periods.
