Client Service Associate

About the role

Fisher Investments Costa Rica is hiring a Client Service Associate (CSA) for its new office. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the CSA coordinates client requests by working with internal departments such as portfolio management, sales and service. The role is in-person and offers in-depth training on financial markets and mentorship from an experienced CSA.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with high-net-worth clients by phone and email in an open, team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate client requests across internal departments including portfolio management, sales and service.
• Carry out operational tasks between Fisher Investments and its brokerage partners, which act as custodians.
• Interact with clients to set up and clear accounts and resolve documentation and transfer issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at C1 level or above.
• Ability to stay committed to quality and deadlines, and to learn from setbacks.
• Engaging and able to connect with a wide range of audiences by phone and email.
