Client Partner – Advertising Platform Growth

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Client Partner to accelerate growth of Uber’s advertising platform across Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. In this role you will champion the platform, build pipelines, close deals and expand relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advocate for Uber’s advertising platform, generating awareness and excitement among agencies, direct clients and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy tailored to the target regions, taking into account market trends and key industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with agencies and advertisers, positioning Uber as a preferred advertising solution.
• Organise workshops, presentations and training sessions to educate clients on platform capabilities, metrics and opportunities.
• Leverage market insights to create compelling sales propositions, unlock new revenue streams and deliver consultative advertising solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, gather feedback and refine strategies to ensure satisfaction and results.
• Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimise strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align the platform’s offering with local market maturity and needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales or digital advertising.
• Established relationships with key decision‑makers across the advertising ecosystem in the target markets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinker comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Resilient, adaptable and motivated to build impactful client partnerships.
