Chief Financial Officer – Latin America

About the role

The CFO will lead the fiscal function of Kimberly‑Clark’s International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business in Latin America, supporting the Managing Director and a team of 11 finance professionals. This senior position will help shape a new joint venture with Suzano, expected to close mid‑2026.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance management for the IFP LATAM ABU.
• Serve as a director on multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax and treasury standards.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate long‑range plans, new programs and regulatory impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls and reporting.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of senior finance experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of leading transformative change and building high‑performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical judgment, ethical standards and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working across diverse cultures.
