Channel Sales Assistant

About the role

The Channel Sales Assistant will support the growth and management of our partner network in Costa Rica. This temporary, outsourced position focuses on maintaining accurate data, tracking sales opportunities, and assisting with channel events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the customer and partner database, including profiling, status updates, development tracking, and community follow‑up.
• Conduct market research and identify leads to support channel expansion and business development initiatives.
• Manage the sales funnel by tracking opportunities through stages such as Mapped, Contacted, Registered, Trained, Demo Installed, First Purchase, Recurring Customer, and Converted.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing channel events, handling invitations, email communications, registrations, QR code generation, attendance tracking, post‑event surveys, and ROI reporting.
• Support CRM administration to ensure customer and project information is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date, dedicating roughly 20% of time to documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to aid channel performance analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure effective execution of channel development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
