Change Management Consultant – Talent & Organization

About the role

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our Talent & Organization practice within a global consulting network. You will work on international projects, helping clients adopt new processes and technologies while placing people at the heart of transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop a Change Management plan to drive rapid adoption of new business processes or technology.
• Identify impacted audiences, assess change impact, and propose mitigation actions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and secure leadership commitment.
• Design strategies that put people at the center of organizational transformation.
• Co‑create training and communication materials with clients as outlined in the Change Management plan.
• Implement adoption strategies to ensure successful change execution.
• Lead project‑specific teams and oversee scope delivery.
• Mentor team members to support their professional development.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
