Candidate Experience Coordinator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks, you will be the engine that drives our recruiting operations. You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth journey from application to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in‑person interviews, handling complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional, and friendly communication.
• Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements for on‑site interviews.
• Execute post‑interview tasks such as debrief scheduling, reference checks, and offer‑letter generation.
• Identify data‑driven improvements and support ad‑hoc projects to enhance recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication, prioritization, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
