Campaign Manager, Creator Ad Partnerships

About the role

The Campaign Manager drives operational excellence in podcast advertising by creating, optimizing, and delivering successful campaigns. Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will ensure campaigns meet advertiser goals from inception through analysis.

Key responsibilities

• QA and build campaigns with accuracy, scheduling at least two weeks before start dates.
• Launch campaigns on time and own end‑to‑end optimization and performance.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives on strategy.
• Update internal systems (Airtable, Google Ad Manager, ART19) with clean data.
• Lead stakeholder communications on campaign status and performance.
• Implement and monitor campaign tracking and measurement.

Required profile

• 1+ years of digital advertising and client‑facing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and third‑party ad servers such as DoubleClick.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce.
• Background in publisher, ad‑tech, or agency ad‑serving systems like Ad Manager 360 or FreeWheel.
• Preferred: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross‑functionally.
