CAD Designer Intern - Align Skill Up Program

About the role

Align Technology offers a six-month internship through its Align Skill Up Program, developed with PROCOMER, for people with no prior experience in digital dentistry or medical technology. It is a temporary training and professional-development opportunity, not a regular employment position, and takes place in Belén, Costa Rica, Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in training activities that strengthen technical and professional skills.
• Learn about digital dentistry, innovation and technology in a global healthcare environment.
• Build foundational knowledge of 3D design concepts and digital workflows.
• Develop problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills through guided learning.
• Gain exposure to continuous improvement and quality-focused practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma completed.
• Strong interest in technology, healthcare, digital design or related fields.
• Attention to detail, curiosity and a positive attitude.
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to learn and work with specialized software and digital platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Commitment to completing the 6-month program; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
