Associate Documentation Analyst

About the role

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Documentation Analyst to support the Documentation Change Control (DCC) process, training system, and electronic document storage in a highly regulated environment. The role ensures compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the company training system: create, assign, modify curricula, accredit in‑person training, generate reports and handle inquiries.
• Manage the Change Control Board, conduct meetings, review records, follow‑up actions and update board documentation.
• Support audits, generate training and change‑control metrics, and maintain the electronic documentation repository.
• Oversee the DCC process including review, translation, release, and SAP (ECR) modifications.
• Provide document translation support and assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a STEM field with strong English‑Spanish translation ability.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a regulated industry (medical devices preferred) and knowledge of GMP, QSR, ISO, CAPA.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, with strong communication and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• English–Spanish and Spanish–English translation proficiency.
• Software: SAP, Power BI, Visio, AutoCAD, Arena, Windchill, Veeva, Salesforce, Windows‑environment applications.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable).
