Business Process Automation & Data Analytics Intern

About the role

HP Solutions (HPS), a global organization within HP, is hiring a student for a 1-year paid internship in Business Process Automation and Data Analytics. The internship lets students apply classroom learning to real-world challenges, with a mix of networking, executive speakers, community involvement and substantial projects. It is based in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in February 2028
• Enrolled full time at an accredited university
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and digital platforms

Preferred majors and skills

• Majors: Computer Science, Data Engineering / Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration
• Interest or experience in data analytics, automation, AI or process improvement
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python or similar tools
• Microsoft Excel

The internship is full time with no shift premium (Costa Rica); relocation is not required. HP is an equal opportunity employer.
