Business Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Performance Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across our international marketing operations ecosystem. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to collect, analyse and visualise data that drives business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources to produce weekly reports.
• Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns and growth or efficiency opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, visualisations and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver ongoing performance reporting.
• Identify process‑improvement areas and propose data‑backed solutions.

Required profile

• Very good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking skills.
